Position Overview
Pioneer real estate developer DMC Real Estate is seeking dynamic and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agents to spearhead the sales of apartments and shops. The ideal candidate will not only manage direct sales but also actively engage in lead generation through strategic social media campaigns, customer outreach, and market exploration.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive apartment and shop sales through effective prospecting and personal selling activities.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media lead-generation campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok.
- Conduct surveys and location assessments to identify prime markets and attract potential buyers.
- Provide accurate and compelling information about products to customers, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Identify new markets, generate leads, and pitch products to prospective customers.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales agent role within the real estate sector, OR
- 1 year of experience in social media sales, including content creation and promotion, with a focus on TikTok. Candidates must have at least 10,000 followers and an active diaspora audience.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Amharic is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to generate and manage leads independently.
- Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Business acumen with the ability to set, meet, and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, focused, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Senior Agents:
- Gross Salary: 20,000 ETB
- Commission: 4% on every sale.
- Junior Agents (with six months of real estate sales experience):
- Gross Salary: 10,000 ETB
- Commission: 4% on every sale.
