Educational Qualifications:
- A BA degree in Purchasing and Supply Management, Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in treasury, property management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial resources and treasury assets of the college, ensuring proper utilization and accountability.
- Maintain accurate records of property and treasury resources, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Oversee the acquisition, distribution, and disposal of property and assets, maintaining transparency and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to ensure the proper management and safeguarding of college assets.
- Prepare financial and property reports, providing insights and recommendations for improved resource management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.
- Support the college’s budgeting process by providing accurate data on property and treasury assets.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial and inventory management software and tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
