Job Requirements:
- Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in construction and import sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, project accounting, and administrative functions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage financial operations of various projects, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes and financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial compliance in alignment with project goals.
- Administer project-related documentation, contracts, and communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, management, and external stakeholders to provide timely financial insights and administrative support.
- Ensure that project financial reports meet both internal and external standards and regulations.
