Tsemex Global Enterprise Plc is looking for a skilled and innovative Senior IT Expert to lead and manage our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems and networks operate efficiently, implement IT strategies to support the company's growth, and provide technical support across all departments. This position requires a strong background in IT systems management, with a focus on cybersecurity, data management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems.
- Provide hands-on technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure the security of the company’s data and implement data protection, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize their IT requirements and system performance.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and regular maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Implement new technologies, upgrades, and software patches to enhance the company’s IT capabilities.
- Monitor and ensure network security, safeguarding the company from potential cybersecurity threats.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and IT policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient with IT tools and systems.
Job Requirement:
Qualification:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Adobe Certified Expert, or equivalent will be considered an asset.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.

- Expertise in network administration, IT infrastructure, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, database management, and cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
